Job Responsibilities
• Support our customers by resolving tickets efficiently, confidently, and with a high degree of quality.
• Perform customer support tasks for customers including reviewing and resolving alerts, target stock level delta review, supply orders execution, etc.
• Serve as a supporting role to the Planning team for planning solutions delivered by Baxter Planning
• Analyzing data to support customer requirements, provide time-bound planning system ticket resolutions
• Identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement
• Utilize Best Practices providing the best planning support services
• Drive Baxter Planning systems adoption across customer user base
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline and MBA in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience
• 2 years of prior Supply Chain Management experience
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Fundamental understanding of supply chain management including planning, inventory management, demand management and supply planning.
• Excellent prioritization skills
• Ability to perform challenging tasks under the pressure of an environment where results can have a large monetary impact to customers
• Creative problem solving and technical skills including advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, VLookup, etc.)
• Strong initiative and competitive attitude to review processes and define better methods for supporting customer
