The Role:
You’ll focus on new logo pipeline growth- identifying, engaging, and qualifying enterprise prospects through high-energy outreach and smart research. You’ll craft compelling messages, book meetings for Account Executives, and nurture early-stage leads until they’re ready to buy. Over time, you’ll build and own your own pipeline on your way to a full-cycle Enterprise Sales Executive role.

What You’ll Do:

  • Outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn & phone (meet daily activity KPIs)

  • Book qualified meetings & progress leads through the pipeline

  • Re-engage dormant opportunities and nurture early-stage prospects

  • Partner with marketing on inbound lead follow-up & ABX campaigns

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and leadership daily

  • Maintain accurate Salesforce activity & pipeline updates

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–3 years in SDR/BDR or lead generation (SaaS/enterprise preferred)

  • Hunter mentality with proven new logo success

  • Strong communication, persistence & adaptability

  • Business acumen—can link tech capabilities to business value
